Many vacation rentals have a game room.
Our goal wasn't simply to create another vacation home for large groups in Dallas. We wanted to create a place where people would actually spend time together.
We wanted a space where a teenager could challenge Dad to air hockey, cousins could organize a ping pong tournament, grandparents could cheer from the sidelines, and siblings could laugh over a friendly game of foosball.

One of our favorite features isn't even on the property.
Just across the street is a large open field.
Nothing fancy.
Just room to breathe. It's where kids play tag, families toss a frisbee, parents kick a soccer ball, or simply stretch their legs after a long drive.
For guests visiting Dallas for weddings, reunions, or other celebrations, the open space is an unexpected bonus. It provides extra room for larger groups to gather and makes street parking much easier when several family members arrive in separate vehicles.

That's why we designed this Dallas vacation home for large groups with flexible sleeping arrangements instead of one-size-fits-all bedrooms.
Two king bedrooms offer comfortable retreats for couples, while the twin-over-full bunk room is a favorite with kids and teens. The separate twin bedroom works equally well for an older family member who prefers a lower bed, or simply pull out the trundle to create the perfect setup for cousins sharing stories long after bedtime.
Little Details, Big Difference
Some of our favorite features are the ones guests don't notice until they use them.
The coffee table raises to dining height, making it easy to enjoy a meal while watching a movie, spread out a board game for family game night, or give little ones a convenient place to color, snack, or play. My kids even love sitting on the table itself and using the pop-up surface at just the right height for them.
When it's time to turn the living room into a bedroom, there's no heavy lifting. Instead of picking up a bulky coffee table, you simply roll it out of the way, giving the sofa sleepers the space they need in seconds.
It's one of those little details most people never think about—until they're the ones setting up beds after a long day. Then it just makes sense.

More Than a Place to Sleep
At the end of the day, a vacation rental isn't just a building. None of these features of this home were chosen by accident. Every room, every space, and every small detail was designed with one question in mind: Will this help families spend more meaningful time together? Whenever the answer was yes, it became part of the home.
It's the backdrop for birthdays, reunions, graduations, anniversaries, first trips with grandchildren, and ordinary weekends that somehow become unforgettable.
Our hope has never been to create the fanciest home in Dallas.
Our goal is much simpler.
To create a place where families laugh a little more, reconnect a little deeper, and leave with stories they'll still be telling years later.
As a mom of nine, I've seen firsthand that the vacations families remember most aren't necessarily the most expensive or the busiest. They're the ones where everyone had the chance to laugh, reconnect, and simply enjoy being together.
